Принцип и устройство ротаметров
Ротаметры – это простое и надежное оборудование для измерения расхода жидкости или газа. Когда газ или жидкость вводятся в равномерно расширяющуюся прозрачную трубу, поплавок поднимается. Его вес уравновешивается потоком среды. Чем больше поток среды, тем большее сечение трубки понадобится для уравновешивания силы тяжести поплавка, тем выше поднимется поплавок в расширяющемся кверху канале ротаметра. Визуальное положение поплавка соответствует точке на измерительной шкале трубки и обеспечивает индикацию расхода среды.
При тарировке поплавковых ротаметров важно знать плотность и вязкость жидкости, рабочее давление, температуру и название газа. Эти параметры влияют на плавучесть и сопротивление потоку поплавка внутри расходомера и их необходимо учитывать при нанесении шкалы, которая проходит снаружи трубки расходомера.
В некоторых моделях ротаметров, внутри поплавка находится постоянный магнит, что даёт возможность подключить герконовый замыкатель, работающий как реле потока. Точность таких устройств довольно высока. В нашем ассортименте вы сможете найти как и стеклянные,так и акриловые корпуса.

What is an inline flow meter?
In line flow meter is a flow meter with the function of displaying flow rate on-site. The sensor of the flow meter is installed on the fluid pipe. Digital display or pointer shows the flow rate on the spot.
In-line flowmeters could be digital and mechanical flow meters. Common in-line flowmeters include turbine flowmeters, electromagnetic flowmeters, and ultrasonic flowmeters. With stainless steel material, analog, and 4-20mA output, in-line flow meters can measure and control inline flow.

Next to 4 .. 20 mA and RS485 (Modbus RTU), it also has a built-in Ethernet (Modbus/TCP) interface, making it easy to connect directly to any network. It can be installed under pressure and measures (bi-directional) thermal mass flow, pressure, temperature and total flow simultaneously.
Unlike traditional flow meters, the VPFlowScope M does not require traditional recalibration, where you have to ship the unit back. Instead, the VPFlowScope M consists of a Transmitter and the patented VPSensorCartridge® which reduces recalibration to a simple exchange.
